This position is part-time March through October and is responsible for all aspects of running the concession stands at the CCAC. The concession manager is responsible for all aspects of running the concession stands weeknights and weekends. This includes hiring, training and scheduling staff; purchasing and ordering supplies; making deposits and keeping financial records; keeping stands stocked, clean and operational among other things.
